#9 Hostos Rolls Past Cumberland

From start to finish, Hostos was clearly the better team.  The Caimans out-hustled Cumberland to every loose ball and dominated the Dukes on the boards. That combination was the perfect blend leading to a long game for the visiting Dukes, ending in a 101-54 final score.  The ninth-ranked team in the nation was led by Chris Van Buren's 26 points including 4 of 5 shooting from beyond the arc.  Tyree White added a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.  For Cumberland, Dalton Sterling finished with 20 points and 5 rebounds. The schedule doesn't get any easier on Thursday when the Dukes travel to #1 ranked Brookdale Community College.
